Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contractor point of contact for a federal agency client, the full-time Program Manager will coordinate tasks, deliverables, and personnel across a multi-disciplinary IT support Blanket Purchase Agreement, focusing on delivery execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between DMI and the government client, reporting program performance and delivery status regularly
• Lead project initiation and planning for all active task orders, translating requirements into implementation plans with defined schedules
• Manage contractor resources and labor across task orders, ensuring deliverable quality and compliance with contractual requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of program management experience on federal IT contracts
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
• PMP certification or 10+ years of demonstrated program management experience in lieu of certification
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
