Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end delivery of assigned programs and projects, the remote Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure GTM readiness while driving alignment across Engineering, Product, and Client Success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program and project delivery from initiation through close, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting, maintaining momentum and accountability across teams
• Coordinate GTM readiness and enablement, ensuring all dependencies are tracked and resolved prior to launch

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of combined program and project management experience
• Demonstrated history of managing complex, cross-functional programs independently
• Experience in managed hosting, cloud infrastructure, or B2B SaaS preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in high-pressure situations
• PMP certification preferred or actively in progress
