Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading large, complex enterprise programs, the contract Senior Program Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee project execution, and support PMO governance while working remotely on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams by developing project plans, monitoring milestones, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• Manage multiple related projects within a program while aligning work with organizational goals and business priorities
• Monitor program budgets, track actual costs versus forecasts, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience managing large, complex enterprise programs and cross-functional projects
• Experience working within an Enterprise PMO environment
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, project governance, and PMO best practices
• Proficiency configuring and administering project management tools and platforms
