Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution and operational management of CarePath's partnerships, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage campaign project plans, ensure launch readiness, and drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize customer journey campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive campaign project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables stay on track
• Own campaign launch readiness by developing checklists and coordinating cross-functional testing for successful go-lives
• Establish recurring performance reporting to provide visibility into campaign health and present insights to leadership and partners

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related roles within SaaS or healthcare technology
• Experience with veterinary technology, healthcare technology, or customer engagement platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience building operational processes to improve campaign execution and efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate insights into action
