Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of PaaS platform implementations, the full-time Program Manager will manage client relationships, drive technical program delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client program leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Take ownership of large-scale PaaS implementation programs from planning to operational handover
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience while identifying and resolving risks and scope changes

Required qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in program or project management in a client-facing delivery role
• Minimum 3 years delivering technology solutions to external clients in banking, financial services, or insurance
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise client relationships at the executive level
• Working knowledge of SaaS/PaaS delivery models and enterprise systems integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP or PMI-ACP certification is a plus
