Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of indirect channel contracts, the remote contract Program Manager will oversee agreements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance while driving efficiency across partner programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of indirect channel contracts
• Draft and issue formal agreements and notices to external business partners
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals for contract notices ensuring strategic alignment

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or paralegal support
• Experience drafting and managing commercial agreements
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and AI tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
