Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the entire life-cycle of implementation plans, the full-time remote Program Manager will serve as a central liaison between leadership and implementation sites, ensuring project objectives are achieved through rigorous tracking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of project plans, including site readiness, logistics, and infrastructure development
• Manage communication between sites and the project team, providing cross-functional leadership to resolve bottlenecks
• Track project budgets, performance analytics, and dashboards to drive clinical outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
