Job Summary

Leading the delivery of IT Capital Planning and Investment Control, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee performance, staffing, and stakeholder coordination for USDA Farm Production and Conservation Business Operations while ensuring compliance with federal IT lifecycle guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with federal leadership and stakeholders
• Coordinate delivery across portfolio and financial management workstreams
• Manage program scope, schedule, staffing, quality, risks, and issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in managing federal IT portfolio or financial management support programs
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred
• Experience in federal shared-cost IT environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
