Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team focused on transforming business operations, the part-time temporary Program Manager will manage the ongoing support and enhancement of digital environments, develop AI-enabled solutions, and drive process efficiencies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of digital environments, including site infrastructure and application platforms
• Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities across workflows using platform tools and agent-based solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to enhance business efficiency and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with platform tools, including application development and workflow automation
• Experience administering or maintaining online site infrastructure and environments
• Demonstrated ability to support a schedule of approximately 16 hours per week
• A track record of stable employment, with clear explanations for any short-duration roles
• Experience developing AI-enabled solutions, agents, or process automation workflows
