Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution to drive strategic initiatives and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, transforming concepts into tangible successes through strategic execution
• Monitor project progress, set ambitious deadlines, and ensure projects exceed expectations
• Facilitate communication between teams and department heads to foster collaboration and drive collective success

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
• Prior experience in project or product management with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a pragmatic approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
