Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing diverse projects remotely, the full-time Program Manager will oversee large-scale national inspection programs and complex leak response initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and oversee large-scale national inspection and leak response programs from proposal development to final deliverables
• Maintain communication with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with customer expectations and contractual obligations
• Plan and facilitate ongoing meetings with customers and stakeholders to discuss program progress and requirements

Required qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years of experience in program management or a similar role
• Working knowledge of SAP Accounting and advanced skills in Excel and/or Smartsheet
• Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience in corporate procurement, healthcare procurement, or government procurement is preferred
