Job Summary
Managing statewide assessment programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee project operations, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, schedules, and budgets while serving as the primary client contact.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned programs or projects, facilitating communication with stakeholders
- Collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to establish viable plans and schedules
- Tracks deliverables, escalates risks, and coordinates change requests across functional teams
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment programs and related policies
- Minimum of 4 years managing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with professional development for teachers of English learners
- Prior experience with project management software and databases
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent strongly preferred
