Job Summary

Managing statewide assessment programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee project operations, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, schedules, and budgets while serving as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned programs or projects, facilitating communication with stakeholders
• Collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to establish viable plans and schedules
• Tracks deliverables, escalates risks, and coordinates change requests across functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment programs and related policies
• Minimum of 4 years managing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with professional development for teachers of English learners
• Prior experience with project management software and databases
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent strongly preferred
