Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of strategic customer engagements, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations for Tier 1 institutional clients, ensuring effective communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 customer engagements from kickoff through go-live, ensuring accountability for structure, timeline, and execution
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, proactively driving execution and escalating issues when engagement health is at risk
• Serve as the primary program-level contact for customers, fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders, including executive sponsors

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with large, complex, external-facing engagements, preferably in financial services
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and producing polished reporting materials
• Proven ability to develop and drive detailed project plans while holding cross-functional teams accountable
• Strong track record of structuring complex engagements into clear plans and reporting cadences
• Detail-oriented with strong risk management skills, capable of operating in fast-paced environments while managing multiple high-stakes projects
