Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee project lifecycles, manage client communications, and ensure the development of accurate, data-driven training content while balancing operational targets and stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, resolving blockers and escalations
• Manage the project intake pipeline, ensuring all active projects are assigned to appropriate team members
• Compile and report team statistics and quality data for Quarterly Business Reviews and Weekly Status updates

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of large-scale project/program management experience
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Content Strategy
• 3+ years of people management experience, specifically managing other leads or creative teams
• Proficiency with Project Management software and familiarity with design tools
• BA/BS degree in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Education, or equivalent practical experience
