Job Summary

Owning the program plan for Claude Corps, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage cross-partner relationships, drive alignment across multiple teams, and ensure operational efficiency for a national AI fellowship program.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the master program plan, tracking timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams
• Facilitate planning meetings and status updates to ensure alignment and clear communication among stakeholders
• Document and systematize workstreams to support scalability and operational consistency as the program grows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs
• Experience in founding or working on early-stage, high-performing teams with significant ownership
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in AI tools and project management software such as Claude and Asana
• Baseline technical fluency to collaborate effectively with program, product, and engineering teams
