Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the mission of accelerating clinical research, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage high-priority projects, develop and implement policies, and evaluate operational performance across UNC Clinical Research Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates strategic initiatives while managing timelines and deliverables
• Develops evaluation plans and tracks key performance indicators for operational performance
• Serves as a liaison to promote alignment and continuity of services across teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field
• Five years of program/project management experience, or three years with a Master's degree
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and standardized practices
• Proficiency in data analysis for performance evaluation and process improvement
• Ability to foster internal and external relationships to support clinical research initiatives
