Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing a strategic program for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and resource management while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and administer the contracted effort, providing direction across multiple teams and locations
• Ensure program alignment with VA enterprise architecture and modernization initiatives
• Act as the primary client contact, delivering timely updates and maintaining overall client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field (or a bachelor's degree with 10 years of additional relevant experience)
• 15 years of experience leading IT projects within a Federal Contracting environment
• Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of concurrent projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• PMP Certification or similar is desired
