Program Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare clients in optimizing their workforce strategies, the full-time remote Program Manager will serve as a strategic advisor, leading executive meetings, analyzing workforce KPIs, and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing workforce strategy and talent acquisition consultation to healthcare clients
• Analyze workforce and recruiting KPIs to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Lead strategic workforce initiatives, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational enterprise programs or projects
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leaders and clients
• Experience facilitating client-facing meetings and strategic discussions
• Preferred certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
