Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a log ingestion integration effort, the contract Program Manager will coordinate between the SOC, Services, and Middleware teams, ensuring accurate log flow and data mapping while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of coordination for the log ingestion project across multiple teams
• Track log source onboarding and resolve blockers throughout the integration process
• Review ingested logs to ensure alignment with SOC playbooks and identify discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a SOC Analyst/Architect or in a similar SOC engineering/architecture role
• Working knowledge of log ingestion pipelines, data mapping, and SOC playbooks
• Proven program/project management experience with cross-team coordination
• Ability to engage with technical teams and understand security contexts
