Job Summary

Overseeing the operational performance of Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine programs, the full-time Program Manager will manage clinician onboarding, credentialing, and payroll processes while working from home and supporting effective communication with medical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support the clinician onboarding, credentialing, and enrollment processes to ensure timely completion
• Manage the payroll process for clinicians, ensuring accurate reporting and timely documentation of schedule changes
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve outstanding items related to clinician enrollment and HR onboarding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration or a related field highly preferred
• Two or more years of healthcare experience
• Preferred experience in physician practice management and project management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
