Job Summary
Leading the tactical interface between customers and various functional areas, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage the Customer Focus Team, oversee day-to-day customer relationships, and drive systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s) to ensure understanding of program goals and empower decision-making
- Manage customer engagements regarding delivery commitments, business reviews, and negotiations
- Identify improvement opportunities in customer service and operational metrics, collaborating with support functions to implement solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of related experience preferred
- Experience leading customer-focused teams and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of operational cost and quality metrics
- Ability to analyze financial metrics to identify risks and variances
- Experience in driving systematic improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
