Job Summary

To spearhead the transformation of the order-to-cash process, the part-time Program Manager will oversee activities from customer order placement to payment collection, focusing on enhancing efficiency and automation both remotely and onsite in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive order-to-cash cycle, including order management, customer engagement, and payment collections
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while performing risk assessments and formulating mitigation strategies
• Lead the implementation of system configurations, SAP S4/Hana modifications, and Salesforce integrations, ensuring user training and operational testing

Required qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience as a Program Manager
• Master's Degree or equivalent in Program Management
• Clean background with no criminal history
• Ability to address budgetary limitations and manage change effectively
