Job Summary

Providing hands-on deployment support to healthcare markets, the full-time temporary Program Manager will leverage playbooks to ensure fidelity, speed, and consistency across all community health worker workstreams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project plans, RAID logs, and activity trackers to ensure effective program execution
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate progress to stakeholders
• Prepare materials for executive communications, including slides and meeting agendas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in program management within the healthcare sector
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel
• PMP certification preferred
• Demonstrated skills in executive stakeholder management and vendor management
