Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will ensure alignment and delivery of multiple related projects while working remotely to drive strategic business and technology outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and outcomes
• Coordinate across business, product, and technology teams to manage dependencies and facilitate decision-making
• Identify and manage program-level risks and issues, maintaining a program-level RAID log for proactive resolution

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in leading complex initiatives
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience
• Technical program management experience is required
