Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership, the remote Program Manager will guide SAP governance, transformation, and program execution initiatives while providing executive-level advisory support and ensuring alignment with business objectives in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on SAP governance, program management, and organizational readiness initiatives
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and executive reporting mechanisms for SAP programs
• Lead executive governance meetings and facilitate key business and technology decisions across large-scale SAP initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP, SAP, and business transformation programs
• 10+ years of experience with SAP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Significant experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industries
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at the executive level and navigate complex organizational dynamics
