Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing engagements from inception to completion, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee client information security initiatives, ensuring program health and timely project completion while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive program and engagement progress across multiple client engagements, ensuring effective resource utilization and timely delivery
• Develop strategic program management plans, including schedules, risk management, and resource analysis to support project success
• Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with client expectations

Required qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role within a professional services organization, focusing on information security
• Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-capability engagements and program management methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influential skills with a customer-focused approach
• Current knowledge of security threats, solutions, and network technologies is strongly desired
