Job Summary

Leading a diverse team of project managers and technical staff, the full-time remote Principal Program Manager will oversee regional operations supporting FAA BNATCS efforts, ensuring high-quality project execution and strong customer relationships while managing a program portfolio valued up to $150 million.

Key responsibilities

• Assists the Regional Manager with day-to-day operations and supports nationwide FAA customer requirements
• Interfaces with executive-level FAA customers and senior stakeholders to communicate program status and resolve issues
• Provides leadership, training, and mentorship to regional project managers, ensuring adherence to project management processes and performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 19 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 15+ years of related work experience, including previous project management on similar projects
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with executive-level customers in a federal or aviation program environment
• Proven track record of strengthening customer relationships and increasing contract utilization through high-quality execution
• Broad general technical and business background
