Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage program performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to budget and timeline
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to drive program success
• Monitor program performance metrics and identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep the program on track

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, project delivery, or Agile programs
• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification
• Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team management
