Program Manager

Job Summary

To support global sales initiatives, the remote Program Manager will design engagement frameworks, develop ongoing engagement models for sales content, and define stakeholder communication strategies within Gong Engage.

Key responsibilities

• Design and establish the engagement framework for stakeholders across various teams
• Develop and maintain the ongoing engagement model for sales plays and content within Gong Engage
• Define the stakeholder engagement and communication strategy for the OCC-to-Engage migration

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in program management within complex, multi-functional enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of Gong Engage capabilities and the broader Gong suite
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Operational discipline to build and sustain repeatable structures and coordination
• Experience working across geographies to localize and implement global programs effectively
