Job Summary
To optimize end-to-end hiring operations, the contract Program Manager will manage complex projects, drive change management, and oversee hiring activities while working remotely for a duration of 11 months.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects by developing detailed plans and directing activities across the hiring lifecycle
- Maintain global and regional hiring trackers, proactively identifying and resolving blockers with hiring managers
- Drive pipeline review cadences and prepare progress reports for leadership and key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of non-technical program or project management experience, preferably in business operations or workforce-related initiatives
- 5-7 years of change management experience driving adoption of new processes at scale
- 5-7 years of experience in hiring, recruitment operations, or onboarding program management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
