Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing centralized expertise and governance, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and delivering consolidated reporting to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the program roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with organizational objectives
• Act as the central governance point to enforce methodology, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to integrate change activities and measure benefits realization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management with a focus on complex, multi-project transformation programs
• 3+ years of experience in a people leader or coaching role without direct reports
• Strong knowledge of program management frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe) and proficiency with program management tools
• Fluent in English
