Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide programs and portfolios, the remote contract-to-hire Program Manager will oversee strategic initiatives across Information Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Application Development, ensuring successful execution and alignment of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and portfolios from initiation through successful delivery
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers and cross-functional teams
• Establish governance structures and ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program and project management leading complex enterprise initiatives
• Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and portfolios
• Experience with risk management related to Information Security, Infrastructure, and Application Development
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• 2+ years of experience mentoring and overseeing Project Managers within a PMO or program structure
