Job Summary
Supporting the National Capital Region Chapter, the full-time Program Manager will manage event logistics, volunteer coordination, and operational support to ensure high-quality execution of programs and member experiences in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Director in executing programs and events, managing logistics and vendor coordination
- Oversee scheduling and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations and member experiences
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment and management to ensure effective support during events
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in event support, program coordination, or community-based roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working effectively with volunteers and community members
- Familiarity with basic systems/tools such as CRM and event platforms
- Comfortable supporting both in-person events and administrative tasks
