Job Summary

Managing the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of multiple high-complexity projects, the full-time Program Manager will coordinate customer communication, oversee project scope and costs, and provide leadership to the internal project team while working remotely or onsite in Franklin, TN.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication and project details for a specific customer, ensuring alignment on expectations
• Oversee the scope, cost, and schedule of projects within the program, providing updates in monthly meetings
• Support Project Managers with vendor management and overall project financials, including cash flow and invoicing

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing material handling projects
• Proven ability to lead small project teams and provide direction
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategizing with leadership
• Strong background in anticipating issues and resolving conflicts proactively
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members in communication skills
