Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive data center compliance and infrastructure development, the remote contract Program Manager will manage the acquisition and delivery of environmental permits while overseeing due diligence and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end acquisition, development, and timely delivery of environmental permits for large-scale data center construction
• Oversee environmental due diligence and risk evaluations, ensuring compliance during site acquisition, design, and construction phases
• Act as a central orchestrator, collaborating with internal teams and external regulatory agencies to secure environmental approvals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in environmental permitting and due diligence
• Advanced knowledge of environmental programs, including air quality and RCRA
• Experience in program management within environmental contexts
• Familiarity with EHS regulations and compliance requirements
