Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of returned and liquidated inventory, the full-time temporary Program Manager will coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and analyze operational performance, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of returned inventory, identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions for efficiency
• Coordinate with liquidation vendors to monitor performance and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with US & CA regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation for audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in reverse logistics, supply chain operations, or related fields
• Experience working with third-party vendors or logistics partners
• Proficiency in SQL for analyzing operational and financial data
• Familiarity with US & CA operational environments or regulatory requirements preferred
• Experience using Tableau and Excel for data analysis and visualization
