Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Programs Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Program Manager will coordinate operations, manage project timelines, and facilitate communication to ensure effective execution of initiatives aligned with the Schwartz Center's mission to advance compassionate healthcare.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain a centralized Programs calendar and coordinate logistics for program activities
• Develop and manage project plans for key initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution
• Support team meetings and communication, ensuring clarity around priorities and action items

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, nonprofit management)
• 5+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or operations
• Experience working with Salesforce and learning management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage complex workflows
