Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Program Manager, the successful candidate will manage complex program objectives, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational health of assigned programs and proactively address risks
• Serve as a client-facing representative, communicating program performance and resolving operational issues
• Lead the development and execution of enrollment growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA/Confluence and Excel
• Experience in client-facing engagements and delivering strategic insights
• Technical proficiency with tools such as Python scripts and BI tools for data interpretation
