Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a variety of Information Technology, Engineering, and Telecommunications projects, the remote contract Program Manager will manage a consolidated project portfolio, develop executive roadmaps, and lead project prioritization and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a consolidated project portfolio, including new network deployments and cybersecurity initiatives
• Develop and maintain executive roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and portfolio reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and support infrastructure modernization efforts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex infrastructure or technology programs
• Technical background as a telecom technician, network administrator, or engineer
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Jira
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, fiber broadband, and network infrastructure
• Experience within ISP, MSO, telecommunications, or enterprise technology organizations
