Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Program Manager with Agile expertise and knowledge of VMware products to lead complex programs, drive customer adoption, and manage cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile program teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions focused on VMware-based environments
• Oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track program performance, including risks, issues, and customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience in IT infrastructure or cloud-based programs
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and program leadership
• Proficiency with Agile project/program tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
• PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required
• Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX) preferred
