Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact, the remote Program Manager will oversee contract execution, manage project activities, and ensure customer satisfaction while integrating technical, schedule, and resource management across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrating technical, schedule, and resource management activities while ensuring compliance with DoD and AFLCMC policies
• Overseeing quality assurance, configuration management of deliverables, performance metrics, and continuous improvement activities
• Managing stakeholder expectations, documenting decisions, and aligning project objectives with AFLCMC/WN strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing DoD or Federal consulting contracts of similar scope and complexity
• Experience supporting AFLCMC, Air Force acquisition, or defense modernization programs
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
