Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful program execution, the full-time remote Program Manager will plan, execute, and finalize development programs while collaborating with project teams to establish critical milestones and deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Direct and manage program development from inception to completion, including budget management and progress reporting
• Conduct project assessments and generate recommendations to achieve project goals and enhance process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within the software or IT industry
• 6+ years of management experience, preferably in program management
• 6+ years of experience in continuous improvement or process management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and budgeting procedures
