Job Summary

Managing strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee multiple complex projects, coordinate cross-functional programs, and ensure operational continuity across various business functions over a 9-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs while providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration among teams, monitor project health, and proactively identify and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with project management and productivity tools
• Workforce planning and budget management experience
