Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive clarity and sustained adoption across complex initiatives, the contract Program Manager will manage end-to-end change strategies, align stakeholders, and guide senior leaders with data-driven insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and adoption measurement
• Partner with HR, product, and communications teams to ensure alignment on initiative timing and messaging
• Review adoption signals and risks, continuously course-correcting change plans based on feedback and metrics

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale change management initiatives
• Background in supporting technology-related initiatives within a large organization
• PROSCI Certification and PMP Certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong program management skills with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional initiatives
