Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations, the contract Program Manager will coordinate Monthly Readiness Review processes, manage program data accuracy, and facilitate cross-functional meetings in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Monthly Readiness Review tracking and reporting across programs
• Create and present leadership review materials and proposals to senior stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, driving agenda and tracking action items to closure

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 2-4 years of program management experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience creating materials for leadership audiences
• Prior experience interfacing with system integrators or external partners is a strong advantage
