Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of the Security Governance & Risk Strategic Planning Framework, the remote contract Program Manager will manage Azure DevOps backlogs, coordinate planning cycles, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to drive process improvement and operational consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) backlogs, dashboards, and delivery plans for planning activities
• Coordinate execution of planning cycles, including deliverable tracking and status reporting
• Develop and communicate planning processes, job aids, and training materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or Agile delivery
• Advanced working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and reporting
• Experience with change management practices, including stakeholder engagement and training development
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams with varying levels of planning maturity
