Job Summary

Managing comprehensive program plans, the full-time remote Program Manager will align program scope with organizational goals, engage cross-functional teams, and oversee risk management to ensure successful project completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Understanding program scope and aligning planning milestones with business and budgetary requirements
• Developing and maintaining detailed program plans while managing workstreams for program deployment
• Analyzing risks and establishing contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in program management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Experience in risk management and resource allocation
• Strong understanding of deployment planning and project management methodologies
