Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the program plan across multiple phases, the full-time Program Manager will manage project execution, vendor performance, and budget tracking while ensuring alignment with PMO practices and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the program plan across Phases 0-3, ensuring milestones are met and risks are actively mitigated
• Manage vendor delivery teams' performance and coordinate with leadership and business analysts
• Produce various reports including weekly status, budget tracking, and milestone completion updates

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management with a focus on sprint-based delivery methodologies
• Strong understanding of budget tracking and resource management
• Experience in risk management and governance processes
• Ability to manage dependencies on resources and third parties effectively
• Familiarity with DataOps services and project closure reporting
