Job Summary

To support executive leadership in a dynamic environment, the temporary remote Business Program Manager will drive operational efficiency, manage strategic initiatives, and facilitate cross-functional execution while working PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive efficiency within the organization's rhythm of business (ROB)
• Partner with leadership teams to develop strategic roadmaps and track progress against key initiatives
• Manage and support the rhythm of business for leadership teams, including staff meetings and all-hands events

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• More than 12 months of professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong initiative and a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
