Job Summary

Leading contract execution and project performance, the full-time Program Manager will oversee healthcare transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure quality deliverables in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for contract execution, ensuring project activities and resources align with requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for government stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring effective communication
• Lead project planning and performance management across multiple initiatives, overseeing scope, schedule, quality, and risk management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
• Eight or more years of experience in federal program management or healthcare transformation initiatives
• Three or more years of experience supporting Federal Government agencies, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, including oversight of scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and serving as the primary point of contact for government clients
